Business customers and offers
RELAUNCH DEPT. offers digital launch-recovery products and services to founders, independent professionals, and organisations acting for business purposes. The current one-time offers are the 29 USD Launch Recovery Toolkit, the 59 USD 24-hour Landing Page Teardown, and the 249 USD 48-hour Launch Rescue Sprint, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. The product page and Stripe checkout shown at purchase form part of the order description.
Toolkit licence and delivery
The Launch Recovery Toolkit is delivered by immediate access to editable Markdown and CSV resources. One purchaser may copy and adapt the files for their own business or one internal team. Resale, redistribution, public template-library publication, and sublicensing are not permitted. Because access is supplied immediately, toolkit purchases are non-refundable after access or download where the law permits, except for a defective or inaccessible delivery. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Teardown scope and timing
The landing-page teardown includes 12 prioritized recommendations, a rewritten hero, three call-to-action options, and annotated screenshots. The 24-hour target starts after cleared payment and receipt of a working public website URL. If the submitted page is inaccessible or the required input is missing, the delivery clock pauses until usable input is received.
Kickoff and timing
The 48-hour sprint begins after cleared payment and receipt of the source URL, target-buyer context, usable brand assets, and any access or files reasonably required for the work. The first direction is targeted within 24 hours of kickoff and the completed rescue pack within 48 hours. Delays caused by missing inputs, unavailable systems, or late feedback pause the delivery clock.
Revisions and guarantee
One reasonable revision round is included with the 48-hour sprint. If its first direction misses the agreed brief, you may choose either a redo or a full refund. For the teardown, cancellation is available before work begins; after work begins, refunds are limited to non-delivery or material failure to provide the advertised scope. Approved directions, completed delivery, material scope changes, or delays caused by missing client inputs do not create an additional refund right, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to provide the materials, claims, and access used in the project. You remain responsible for product accuracy, legal disclosures, account permissions, final publication decisions, and compliance with directory or platform rules. We do not promise rankings, upvotes, press coverage, or a specific sales result.
Payments and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe. Charges appear as RELAUNCH DEPT. The toolkit is delivered through the post-payment access page; personalized work is delivered to the email or shared destination agreed during kickoff. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a sprint is limited to the amount paid for that sprint, and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
